COMPLAINTS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Exchanges:
• Consumer has 14 days after receiving the order for complaints, exchanges or returns.
• Exchange of product which malfunction or defect, and if you receive a wrong product within 30 days.
• Exchange costs must be paid by the supplier of goods.
Return:
• If consumer is not satisfied must submit your complaint within 14 daysfrom the date of order receipt.
• You should contact the supplier of goods.
• The supplier of goods shall specify concrete data regarding the collection of the product.
• Reimbursement must be made in the same form of payment that has been used by the consumer in the initial transaction, within 30 days.
• About Shipping costs: in the case of defective products must be the supplier of goods to bear that cost. If the return is the customer's responsibility it will be the customer to bear the costs.
• Seller may make the exchange / return if refund of the items are in good condition (no damage and traces of use), with original packaging and proof of payment. Consumer has the right to inspect characteristics and functioning of the product.
Free resolution:
• Consumer has the right of free resolution: consumer has 14 days from the day you buy the product to terminate the contract.
• Consumer must communicate this intention by sending the model "free resolution" in Part B of the Annex to Law Decree No 24/2014, of 14 February, or by sending a letter or by electronic means to the supplier.
• The supplier must return to the consumer all payments received within 14 days of the date he is notified of the contract resolution.
• Reimbursement must be made in the same form of payment that has been used by the consumer in the initial transaction, for the period of 30 days.
• Consumer will bear the cost of returning the product.
• Consumer can not freely resolve the supply contracts:
i. products which by nature can not be returned or are susceptible to deteriorate or become quickly out of date;
ii. sealed products not likely to return for health protection or hygiene reasons and, when opened after delivery.
